MANAGER ENERGY AND SUSTAINABILITY SERVICES
JOB SUMMARY
Accountable for on-site energy audits and opportunity assessments for current or potential clients. Provide guidance on energy efficiency projects to clients and facility management teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Energy Strategy
* Develop/execute energy management strategy
* Implement programs to reach objectives
On-site Audits
* Conduct ASHRAE level 1 and 2 energy audits
Energy Analysis
* Manage energy benchmarking process, including ENERGY STAR
* Analyze energy consumption to identify savings opportunities
Energy Conservation Measures
* Manage process for identifying and prioritizing energy conservation measures, including capital investment
* Evaluate financial viability of projects for budgeting and approval
Reporting
* Provide clear and concise reporting to client(s) on all energy conservation efforts
* Provide easy-to-understand presentations of findings and recommendations
Collaboration
* Collaborate with other JLL energy managers to share best practices, develop case studies and develop new business opportunities
Any and all other duties and tasks assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education/training
* BS in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial) required
* MS in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial) preferred
Years of relevant experience: 5-7+
Skills and knowledge
* Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation systems
* Smart building technology knowledge
Other abilities
* Strong communications
* Presentation skills
* Project management skills
