CUDD Energy Services is seeking Military Service Members that are transitioning out of the service and available to start work within the next six months (ALL MOS-S and NEC-S) for our Stimulation Services Training Program in Odessa, TX. Applicants must have a strong desire to pursue a career in the oil and gas industry and have the ability to obtain a Class A CDL. Housing assistance may be available.

Equipment Operator-1 is responsible for operating the equipment to which he is assigned safely and proficiently. The EO-1 will report directly to the Service Supervisor, or his designee. This training program puts you in the Stimulation Services Career Path so you may work towards completion of EO-2, EO3 and EO-4 Position Cards and related Equipment Cards including but not limited to Liquid Gel Concentrate, Pump, Sand Conveyor, Sand Hulk, Acid Pumper, Blender, Combination Unit, Hydration Unit, LAS Unit, and Treatment Monitoring Van

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, follow supervisor guidance concerning all Frac related operations

  2. Assist in various aspects of hydraulic fracturing (stimulation) operations to include pre-job preparation, mobilization, rig up, on site operations, rig down, on-site maintenance, safety, environmental assurance, de-mobilization, and post job inventories and maintenance

  3. Drive and operate Auxiliary Acid Transports and Manifolds

  4. Assist in rigging up and rigging down Frac jobs to include the above stated equipment, and in general, will assist the senior equipment operators as needed

  5. Responsible for ensuring that all assigned equipment is properly functioning and all applicable procedures and tests are conducted in compliance with company standards

  6. Complete all training requirements as outlined in Position Training Card and any required Equipment Cards (as identified on the Position Training Cards)

  7. Exercise independent judgment and discretion to ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures and company policies in performing all related assessments including any and all stimulations services job duties for which they have been trained and are qualified to perform, including manual labor, as necessary


  1. Able to speak, read and write English well enough to read technical documents and effectively communicate with team members

  2. Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds

  3. Demonstrate the ability to perform any of the required duties, as directed, to include but not limited to, climbing ladders and/or stairs, working on equipment, lifting, swinging hammers, and working in outdoor conditions

  4. The ability to obtain a Class A CDL license with applicable endorsements
