JOB REQUIREMENTS: Under direct supervision, supports the Operations Program Analyst in the completion of assigned tasks to maximize productivity of the department. Provides support to ensure consistent delivery of services and assure internal financial & other commitments. Expedites and completes the delivery of project or administrative tasks to ensure customer expectations are met as well as internal project activities completed (accounts payable, accounts receivable, contract/project accounting, revenue forecasts, billing, project scheduling, re-estimates, database administrative activities, and reporting). How you will do it: Using Johnson Controls tools and standards, processes JCI internal subcontracts, subcontractor contract and invoices. Prepares and submit contract billings in a special invoice format as defined by Ops Program Analyst. Assists the Ops Program Analyst and Bratislava Business Center Collections team in contacting and collecting overdue payments from JCI internal clients as necessary. Assists the Ops Program Analyst by placing material orders, releasing orders and tracking material shipments and changes in delivery dates, and creating purchase orders.
