JOB ID-2018-1434-DenverSenior Analysts should have experience in the field of energy efficiency orsustainability, in social science research methods, and in programevaluation and design, preferably. They should be motivated to produce highquality deliverables, be able to work collaboratively and independently,manage assigned tasks and projects from start to finish with minimal inputfrom supervisors, and have exceptional analytical, written, and verbal skills.ResponsibilitiesWork independently and proactively to manage and complete assigned tasks.Design high-quality data collection instruments including telephone and onlinesurveys and in-depth interview and focus group guides.Independently conduct telephone interviews and surveys with energy efficiencyprogram staff, utility customers, and other market actors.Oversee online surveys with utility customers and market actors.Conduct literature reviews to identify program trends and opportunities.Analyze survey, interview, focus group, utility and energy efficiencyprogram data to identify trends, describe the relationship between programactivities to results, summarize key findings, draw concrete conclusionsand provide actionable recommendations.Document and present findings for clients through PowerPoint presentations,memos, and reports.Provide administrative assistance to project managers through budget trackingand note taking during meetings.Communicate professionally through telephone and email with out-of-statecolleagues and clients, in varying time zones.Contribute to proposals and other business development opportunities.QualificationsMinimum three years full-time, professional experience with a consultingfirm that serves the energy sector and/or utility industry.Minimum two years experience conducting social science research,including interviews, surveys, focus groups, and/or literature reviews.Demonstrated project management skills.Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.Demonstrated analytical skills using statistical and analytical softwarepackages (i.e. SAS, SPSS, etc.), Qualtrics, and/or NVivo.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.Some domestic travel may be required.Undergraduate degree in the social sciences, market research,environmental studies, or a related field.Cadmus is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer and considersall applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion,sex, national origin, protected veteran s status, or disability.For more details go to URL.
