I. Job Summary

Manages daily operations and businessdevelopment of Energy Services (Permian). Day-to-day operations,which includes the allocation of manpower, equipment, oilfield customersand well-pad services at drilling locations. Responsible forsafety implementation and training, maintenance activities and operationsupport personnel and functions. The site will be based 10 miles west of Balmorhea, TX. We are targeting Midland, Odessa, Pecos, Fort Stockton areas.

II. Essential Duties andResponsibilities include the following. To perform thisjob

successfully, an individual must beable to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Other minor duties may be assigned.

·Responsible formanaging multiple branches and 24/7 operations of WM Energy Services businessunit

·Provides directionand leadership to direct reports as well as support staff

·Immediately responsiblefor injection-well management and growth of business in the Permian Basin

·Future duties include managingmaintenance program for entire fleet in partnership with WM Fleet managementand technicians

·P&L managementand understanding

·Knowledge ofcorporate and standardized WM management processes and functions

·Management anddelegation of operations 24/7

·Spearheads and collaborateswith WM Sales, Safety, Landfill and Hauling operations

·Integral in managingWM safety and environmental programs to comply with customer safety standards

·Manages fieldmanagers and crews performing well pad services and industrial cleaning onmultiple drill locations

·Manages fieldmanagers and drivers and ensure compliance with DOT regulations

·Ensure compliancewith DOT and OSHA regulations and requirements

·Interacts withE&P company representatives on well pad operations

·Manages fieldtickets process and paperwork flow for billing of projects

·Manage completionand compliance of OBA process of field crews, safety meetings, and safetyevaluations on a weekly basis

·Supports businessdevelopment by identifying new service opportunities in the field with theE&P companies

III. Supervisory Responsibilities

The highest level of supervisory skillsrequired in this job is the management of

supervisory employees. This includes:

·Direct supervision of management team and operations supportstaff

·Future: Direct supervision of 5-10 field employees 24-7

·Direct supervision maintenance staff and dispatch staff

IV. Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representativeof the qualifications necessary to

perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

Required: High School Diploma or G.E.D. with five to seven yearsof oil and gas

experience with industrial cleaning field work; At least threeyears of supervisory

experience over field crews involved in energy services,remediation, and/or heavy construction.

Preferred: Associate Degree in Construction Technology, EH&S,or similar field of study with at least seven years of oil and gas experiencewith HAZ MAT field work; At least

three years of supervisory experience over field crews involved inenergy services,

remediation, heavy construction, and/or industrial cleaning work.

B. Certificates, Licenses,Registrations or Other Requirements

·40 hour OSHAHazwoper Certification


·Any otherCertificates required by contract or local conditions.

·Customerspecific training requirements
