Primary Job Functions:


Job Title: Manager, Energy Services Information Security


Reports To: Director, Energy Services Engineering and Technical Services


FLSA Job Status: Exempt


Basic Job Functions:


This role will be responsible for leading a team focused on First Solar Energy Service?s (FSES) cyber security practices within an operational technology environment and complying with the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) standards. This role will also have leadership accountability of critical cyber systems within a utility scale PV operational technology environment. In addition, key functional responsibilities of the team include: 1) Security architecture and design for new system interfaces, 2) Technology and tool procurement decisions, 3) Configuration management of key infrastructure / systems, 4) Risk evaluations for project acquisitions, which interface with FSES assets, and 5) Operational security administration. Finally, this role will develop and maintain strategic partnerships with other leaders within the company and external customers.


Experience:




+ A minimum of ten years? experience deploying Information Security solutions, providing Infrastructure Services, leading Technical teams or a combination of each at medium to large-scale companies.


+ Strong experience in designing and implementing cyber security policies, procedures and processes.


+ Strong experience with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) standards.


+ Experience integrating information technology solutions within the energy utility space.


+ Experience in operational security administration such as intrusion detection, incident response, and identity and access management.


+ Experience with cyber security threat management.


+ Experience in communicating with all levels of the organization in a global corporation.


Education:


+ Bachelor?s degree ? in security, computer science, engineering or a related discipline.


+ Master?s degree or other advanced degree preferred.


+ CISSP, PMP, or Six Sigma a plus.

+ Develop long, medium and short-term strategies that enable First Solar Energy Services to manage cyber security risks and meet all applicable regulatory requirements.


+ Drive projects and programs in support of the FSES Cyber Security Roadmap.


+ Drive and delivery operational security activities required by the Energy Service business needs.
