Job Description

What we need more than anything are professionals that are well versed in the “New” and able to commercially model large transformation programs with unique deal shapes.

The Sales Director manages the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise. Develop relationships with key buyers and decision- makers at new and/or existing clients; protect and grow the business. Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internally.

  • Involved insetting strategicdirection toestablish near term goals for area of responsibility

  • Interacts with seniormanagement levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involvesnegotiating or influencing on significant matters

  • Has latitude in decision-makingand determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments .

  • Decisionshave a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potentialto impact outside area of responsibility

  • Manages large teams and/or workefforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or withinAccenture.

  • Must be able to travelup to 50%

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 yearssuccessfully selling multi-million dollar deals against an individualquota/target exceeding $25m/year

  • Minimum 6 yearsdeveloping, maintaining and obtaining meetings with new and existing C-levelrelationships beyond the CIO in the top ENERGY/ CNR / Oil & Gas / Utilities companies in North America

  • Bachelors orEquivalent experience

Professional Skill Requirements:

  • Experienceselling F&A, HR, Procurement, Customer BPO, AO/IO, SAP S4 HANA, plusDigital and Business Transformation is required

  • Expert in Deal Origination, Sales Process, Solution Shaping, andContract Negotiations (strong MSA development and negotiations skills key)

  • Experienceworking within a large, heavily matrixed company environment

  • Experiencewith C-Level client relationship building and relationship management

  • Provenability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

  • Mustbe able to bundle multiple towers of work together into integrated valueproposition

  • Demonstratedleadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; eithermilitary or civilian

  • Highenergy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well underpressure

  • Excellentcommunication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Strongleadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities

  • Professionalof unquestionable integrity, credibility and character
