Manage key Energy customers with local and global presence.
Main Responsibility Areas:
Be the primary customer interface for all pre-sales technical engagements
Work with customers to understand their challenges and requirements
Develop a vision for each customer based on Nokia s Energy solutions
Orchestrate innovative solutions that can differentiate Nokia against competition
Create high level network architecture, design as well as detailed proposal
Orchestrate and support customer test and evaluation activities
Work with bids and proposal team to create proposals for solutions and services
Quantify and articulate business value of Nokia s technical solution
Clearly articulate Nokia s value proposition and differentiators
Support customer technical interactions during post-sales activities
As a customer CTO, ensure adequate RBC support for various customer engagements
As customer CTO, work with the Energy Global Account Manager to ensure alignment on strategic and tactical objectives for the sector
Take a leadership role. In defining the global technical approach for the Energy account and ensure this strategy is implemented across all geographies.

Global account at multiple levels:
o Head of Security
o Head of Technologies
o Head of Telecom
o Head of compliance
Pre-sales and delivery teams in Business Groups
Strategy & Sales Ops
SEs supporting the global account in different locations
Position Requirements: *
Strong understanding of the unique requirements of a utility and retain the ability to articulate the value Nokia products bring to meeting those requirements.
3 years of technical sales experience with IP/Optics/Microwave/LTE products and solutions
Strong understanding of electric utility operational environment and applications
Excellent customer interfacing skills including presentation and white-boarding skills
Strong interpersonal skills including relationship building and problem resolution
Technical expertise in Nokia s IP, LTE and Network Management product portfolio
Expertise in Nokia s Microwave and Optical product portfolio is desirable
Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
