Combine your residential energy and building science skills with opportunities to oversee and deliver beneficial programs for a more healthy, energy efficient, and resilient community. Enhabit is an 8 year old non-profit in Portland and Seattle with a mission to create social impact through better living spaces. Our Home Performance Advisors evaluate homes and advise homeowners on best actions to improve. We are interested in all aspects of the home as it relates to health, performance and longevity. We seek candidates who are highly flexible, ready to take on new projects and naturally oriented to work as a team. Strong experience with residential energy efficiency and building science is required. A BPI certification is preferred. Must be a capable communicator and proficient with tools and desktop applications. Desired attributes include project management experience, and second language fluency. Local working conditions are about 50% in office and 50% in field. Ability and readiness to enter crawlspaces and attics is required. Enhabit offers a competitive salary and outstanding benefits.
