Incentive Researcher - Core Responsibilities
Demonstrate superior ability with RebateTracker™ and SalesForce
Provide ongoing process evaluations with written recommendations to help implement ongoing efficiency and consistency protocols in the RebateTracker™ database
Maintain RebateTracker™ subscription services
Identify the requirements of programs and preferential trends in the utility programs by contacting utilities and Outreach coordinators
Produce opportunity reports from RebateTracker™ for clients as required
Organize topics and provide a monthly written marketing newsletter update
Keep updated information on all major utilities and third-party programs and inform the R&I; administrative team to secure information within SalesForce
Develop a relationship with key utility rebate program personnel and third-parties; frequently keep contact with key partners
Work with management to provide learning presentations for RebateTracker™
Build strong, positive relationships within the industry
Make significant contribution toward team goals
Build solid working relationships within team
Coordinate with Senior Analysts and Management collecting required data from clients, and/or vendors/suppliers for high level program screening and estimates
Assist Senior Analysts and Management with prescriptive applications
Work with third-party bill pay accounts
Utilize industry-related webinars when available and appropriate
Develop and maintain relationships with utility incentive program contacts
Participate in company/department meetings as required
Develop industry knowledge and share with team

Bachelor's degree required
Proficient in Internet and Outlook, Excel, Word, Access experience preferred
Organizational skills are essential
Strong computer and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong problem solving skills
Create and present alternative solutions
Ability to work independently, self-directed while offering team support
Mathematical & Analytical Skills
Microsoft Access experience
Relevant experience in an appropriate field: Architect, Engineering, Construction, Energy Efficiency
