Trane Energy Supply Services is hiring a Senior Account Manager in Energy Consulting Services! The ideal candidate will have a background inutility consulting services including the procurement of natural gas & electricity.

We are looking to expand our offerings throughout the Mid-Atlantic and New England – you will have tremendous support from the local district offices in these regions, allowing you to do what you do best –SELL AND DELIVER ON YOUR PROMISES!

The ideal candidate will reside in and cover a territory of NY, NJ, CT, PA or DC (or surrounding areas), but we are open to top candidates in any area of the North East & Mid Atlantic!

Responsibilities:

  • Represent all offerings (supply procurement/brokerage, consulting & advisory services, utility bill management, Peak Load Management, Demand Response and other customized solutions).
  • Responsible for development business in specific vertical markets
  • Assist with developing and broadening trade relationships with businesses, individuals and organizations to generate greater awareness of the company and attract new clients
  • Timely and professional follow up on all leads
  • Responsible for the sales execution of the marketing plans
  • Assist in qualifying leads to validate appropriate fit for Energy Supply Services
  • Assist in developing necessary client analytics required from opportunity development through contract close
  • Maintain leads, accounts, contacts, activities, opportunities and event campaigns in Sales Force tied to the Business Development role
  • Assist with monitoring the accuracy of all leads and opportunities reported in Sales Force
  • Assist on special projects as needed
  • Work remotely with little supervision
