Job Summary:

  • Seeking an Industry Sales Executive to focus on our $20-100M CR deal space in the enterprise and strategic account segmentation of the vertical of High Technology,and Energy

  • Prior sales leaders/business leaders/senior sales executives that have delivered results- know their targets, pipeline, conversion rates, sales cycle

  • Clear understanding of orders and revenue acceleration

  • Understand our industry and evolving client trends toward services and business models- consumption based

  • Grasp the digital transformation journey dialogue taking over our industry- understands it is tied to business results through streamlining processes – getting deeper into the client’s business

  • Understand P & L- client and DXC (at account and coverage area)

  • Skilled at C level dialogue – Spartan skillsets – active listening and inquiry skills

  • Navigate and manage within a matrix environment- we have a BUILD, SELL, DELIVER model and a Sales and Coverage structure.

  • Ability to build internal people network (internal, with partners, and inside industry) to get things done- self-sufficient

  • Roll up sleeves mindset to drive on average a book of business (multiple pursuits 4 -7). This role will work multi offering/tower pursuits; many time complex.

  • Do what it takes to get compelling proactive and reactive (qualified RFPs) proposals (that are properly governed) in front of clients

  • Can manage multiple pursuits through leveraging OSS team, Partners, and Coverage team resources- book of business should be 5-7 pursuits ($150-200M CR and 24-30M ABR rolling pipeline)

  • Strong pursuit management and leadership
