Position Summary This position is responsible for providing administrative duties for the Energy department. Department: Energy Reports To: Project Executive Status: Full-time/Hourly Responsibilities: Update and work within various excel spread sheets Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate person Other duties may include filing, record keeping, data entry, and performing a variety of other office tasks Qualifications: A high level of organization Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office a must) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Necessary Attributes: Must possess the ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles. Team player and with good interpersonal skills. Self-starter with good verbal and written communication skills. Reliance on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
