Crius Energy Energy Advisor in Lehi, Utah

Crius Energy is seeking a motivated individual to join our inside solar sales team as an Energy Advisor. The Energy Advisor is the first point of contact for most of our customers interested in our Solar product, and is responsible for qualifying leads and-scheduling appointments for our Energy Consultants.

Our services span the entire solar project lifecycle including marketing, sales, design, installation and financing solutions. Our goal is to transform the traditional utility model by promoting the spread of a greener, more sustainable source of energy to everyday homeowners while also saving them money relative to their current electric utility.

The Energy Advisor will use their proficiency in utility rate plans, educating consumers about the potential benefits of adding solar panels. The ideal candidate must have a high degree of maturity, be a team player, LOVE to be on the phone and be able to handle a high volume of leads.

  • Contribute to the success of the organization by guiding quality prospects through the sales process.

  • Manage lead flow to ensure customer satisfaction and successfully achieve sales targets.

  • Schedule consultation appointments for the Energy Consultants.

  • Determine suitability of sites using proprietary tools and satellite technology.

  • Deal effectively with all solar inquiries and represent Crius Solar in a professional manner.

  • Positioning potential customers so they are ready to make a buying decision when passed over to the Solar Energy Consultant.

  • High School Diploma, college degree preferred.

  • At least 1 year sales experience with a proven track record.

  • Previous call center experience is preferred.

  • Willingness to learn new technology and procedures.

  • Be proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.

  • Strong customer service skills with emphasis on customer satisfaction.

  • Previous knowledge of solar power is preferred.

  • Proven track record in working in a target driven environment.

  • Ability to use sound judgment in the qualifying process.

  • Ability to work evenings and/or Saturdays preferred.

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status)
