The Presentation Specialist will create, edit and/or revise Energy-based maps of pipelines, oil and gas basins, acreage areas. He/she will also create, edit and/or revise excel charts, working group lists, organizational charts and slide layouts for Energy-related pitchbooks.


• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) and the ability to use these skills creatively. Excellent verbal and written skills. Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.

• Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator experience required.

• ArcGIS (or other GIS software) experience preferred but not required

• DrillingInfo, 1Derrick, and other energy-industry database experience preferred by not required

• Knowledge of energy industry (including Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, and OFS subsectors) preferred but not required

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment and interact with Junior Bankers, colleagues.

• Must be able to work independently on requests and projects.

• Ability to use good judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.

• Strong work ethic and enthusiastic team player; willingness to take on additional responsibilities where needed. Strong sense of diplomacy and tact; strong interpersonal skills; professional and corporate demeanor; ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree, preferred

ADDITIONAL INFO: Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday (10am – 7pm) must be flexible for overtime, as required.
