- Engineering Leader for driving energy global grid reliability initiative related to Heat Shrink Cable Accessary Technology.
Engages in new product and new technology development
Drives process excellence and flawless execution of Next Generation Heat Shrink product development projects
Develops engineering talent and supports succession planning
Engages with product line leaders concerning strategy, portfolio management, customer engagement
Work with customers and internal cross functional teams, including product management, sales, operation, quality, and others to develop related product and processes and launch the product to market.
Works with engineering teams globally in support of product launches and customer initiatives
Establishes a culture of engineering excellence and manages technical development of staff
Ensures utilization of engineering best practices
Travel up to 30% of time is required.
Education and Experiences:
Extensive experience in material related product development, and technical leadership experience in Energy industry.
Track record in leading the design, development, and production launch of cable accessary products.
Experience with engineering project management processes and tools
Experience working in fast paced, matrixed environment
Inclusive mindset and cultural dexterity
Focus on execution and ability to drive results
Track record of developing engineering talent
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
Strong problem solving capability and willingness to lead through adversity
Fluent in English, international working experiences desirable
Ph.D. in Science or Engineering Degree required, degree in Polymer Science preferred
