_Job Description:_ __ ICF is seeking a Outreach Coordinator to work on a variety of commercial energy efficiency utility programs in the greater Baltimore/Washington area. This position will support the Service Provider Outreach team in providing effective customer service, training and guidance to vendors in a timely fashion within a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Columbia, MD. Occasional business travel may be required.
_Key Responsibilities:_ __ * Working as part of a team to achieve annual energy savings goals for our clients energy efficiency programs * Providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries pertaining to programmatic and technical requirements, and offering guidance in a high-volume environment * Creating compelling training presentations that drive vendor participation * Responsible for the development of annual program training schedules and handling of logistics * Creating content for an E-learning course curriculum initiative * Determining eligibility of program participants; staying current on business license requirements and insurance policies * Manage and grow marketing database to achieve targets * Analyzing data trends and feedback to recommend improvements for content and processes * Assisting in the development and management of web content * Offering input to the marketing team on creative initiatives * Consulting with internal work groups and sharing of best practices * Resolving issues quickly and effectively
_Basic Qualifications:_ * Bachelor s Degree with 2 years of practical experience * Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service * Knowledge of the energy-efficiency industry * Must have valid driver s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and pass a background check and drug test. _Professional Skills:_ * Exceptional customer service skills with ability to multitask and prioritize * Can analyze data and situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions * Strong business writing and presentation skills * Interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude * Proficient with Microsoft Office * High level of attention to detail and organization * Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information * Must be able to work and communicate with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside vendors and clients. _Preferred Skills/Experience:_ * Knowledge of the lighting/electrical and/or mechanical industries * Recruitment experience * General knowledge of business licenses and insurance policies
