Provides administrative support to Energy Department staff and sales people. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Projects a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.


Answer telephones, provide appropriate customer service or direct to appropriate staff member.

Assist manager in maintaining current pricing and communicating pricing with other department staff.

Manage transport loads, order products and maintain accurate inventory records.

Assist with contract preparation.

Prepare and maintain accurate lease records.

Maintain thorough knowledge of appropriate software.

Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

Support staff in assigned project based work both in a team-oriented environment and independently.

Schedule and coordinate meetings or calendars.


Cross-trains and serves as backup for other administrative positions as assigned.

Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs all other duties as assigned.


Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and 1 year or more of administrative work experience to demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to type 40 WPM.

Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Ability to work extended hours when necessary.

Ability to travel independently and overnight.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
